Refused at delivery. Consignee closed. Driver out of hours. We take the load off the truck, put it under a roof, and hold it until you sort out the reconsignment. The carrier gets released. The clock stops.

Restock

Short-term storage with re-ship on your schedule. We receive, count, and stage. When you're ready, we palletize, label, and load out. Good for overflow, staged job-site deliveries, and inventory in transition.

$9 per pallet position, per week. No minimum term.

Reject

Damaged, shorted, or wrong freight needs documentation before it needs a decision. We inspect, photograph, count, and report the same day it lands. Then we rework, return, or dispose per your instruction.

Transload & rework

Trailer to trailer, floor-load to pallets, repacks, relabels, shrink wrap. 2 dock-high doors, 1 forklift, 6 people who have done this every day since 2019. If it fits through a dock door, we can handle it.

Tell us what it is, how much, and when it arrives. We quote on the phone. You get the number before the truck moves.

Drop it

Driver checks in, we unload, count, and photograph. You get the receiving report the same day. No detention games.

We hold or we ship

Storage, rework, re-ship, or disposal. Your call. 1 invoice, itemized, matching the quote you got in step 1.
